Third-Party Inspection Services

VELDOTEK Inspectors carry out the following controls on behalf of the Client at the manufacturer’s factory and/or assembly site:

• Control of project, manufacturing, and assembly quality plans

• Examination of Manufacturing, Welding, Coating, and Testing Procedures

• Verification of Material Certificates and Material Traceability

• Supervision of destructive and non-destructive material testing

• Approval of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Record (PQR)

• Conducting pre-/during/post-welding inspections

• Evaluation of Non-Destructive Testing services

• Conducting Coating Inspections

• Control of all project documentation

• Supervision of commissioning, assembly, and project acceptance tests

• Reporting of all control and testing activities at the end of the job/project
